I was once overweight and overworked. I was constantly feeling tired, working long hours in a full-time job with nothing to show for.
I thought that’s just life and being overweight is a a norm for a mom after giving birth to 3 children. It’s something that I had to live with.
While I was desperately looking for a way to lose weight, I found an online program and decided to get started. I had nothing to lose.
In 2 months, I lost 5kg and felt energetic for the first time since becoming a mom.
I kept going and have lost a WHOPPING 26kg to date, after 3 babies. I’m also able to keep the weight off! 🙂
With the knowledge I had acquired while going through my own fitness journey, I started helping friends to get their health in check.
It gives me the biggest satisfaction to see others regain their health and energy in life.
While I was helping others, my financial situation improved too.
I’m earning more than I can ever imagined, with part-time hours.
I’m impacting not only the person losing weight, but the people that they love too.
When a person becomes healthier, they become an inspiration to those around them.
It’s great for a mom like me because it gives me the flexibility of time to work alongside my family commitment.
My children are thrilled that mummy can be there for them whenever they need me..
I’m a better wife, daughter and friend because I’m in-charge of my own income and destiny.
